We specialize in helping advertisers across the country effectively scale their localized ad campaigns. As we undergo this transformation, HubSpot plays a crucial role in making our business more data-driven and agile, allowing our team to focus on creating customer value, rather than getting bogged down in manual tasks and data management.
We're seeking a skilled HubSpot Operations Manager to lead our HubSpot implementation and optimization efforts. This role is pivotal in transferring and improving our existing processes to HubSpot, establishing data hygiene practices, and expanding our HubSpot utilization to create efficiencies across the business.
This position will report directly to the Head of Product, and will partner closely with all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, product, customer success, and engineering. The right candidate will strategically translate diverse business needs into high-value, user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- HubSpot Architecture, Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the transfer of existing processes to HubSpot
- Implement and maintain HubSpot best practices
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Data Management & Analytics
- Ensure data quality supports reporting and processes across all departments
- Build and manage actionable reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success
- Provide insights to drive decision-making and business growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, success, and engineering teams
- Translate business needs into effective HubSpot solutions
- Partner with the product team to align HubSpot functionality with Revive's product suite
- Training & Support
- Serve as the go-to HubSpot expert for the organization
- Develop and deliver HubSpot training programs
- Create comprehensive documentation for HubSpot processes and best practices
- Strategic Planning
- Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features and opportunities
- Contribute to the company's product roadmap from a CRM perspective
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and streamline operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a HubSpot-specific role
- Proven expertise in HubSpot design, architecture, automation, workflows, and custom objects
- Experience onboarding organizations to HubSpot and training users
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and metrics in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with a focus on creating user-friendly processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
